HOW MANY DOGS DOÂ YOU WALK AT ONCE?
This is all dependent on what you would prefer. We can walk one on one with your dog, or group up to three dogs together if you'd like for them to socialise while they're out.
WHERE WILL YOU BE WALKING MY DOG?
We like to meet all of our customers before we take any dogs out for walks so we can arrange with you if you would prefer your dog to be walked on lead from your home, or to a field where they can be let off to play.
WHAT AREAS OF YORK DO YOU COVER?
We cover York city centre and all surrounding and most surrounding suburbs. If you are unsure as to whether your home is within our range, feel free to contact us and we'll let you know.
WHAT IF THERE'S A PROBLEM WHILE MY PET IS IN YOUR CARE?
If we encounter any problems we will call you immediately to determine the best course of action, if we can't get through to you we will call your emergency contact number.
In the unlikely event of a medical emergency we will take your pet straight to your stated veterinary practice.
HOW WILL I GET UPDATES ABOUT MY PET?
We can send you updates, photos and videos on Whatsapp (free to download on iOS and Android devices) so you can see you pets are comfortable and happy while they're in our care.
